Fitzgerald Meelk Limited has completed a Memorandum of Association amendment with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), adding seven new service authorisations to our corporate objects for the 2026 cycle. As a Private Company Limited by Shares registered under RC 901220, keeping our statutory objects current is what lets us take on a wider range of contracts.
The expanded authorisations formally cover import & export logistics, beverages & FMCG distribution, fleet maintenance services, rail freight coordination, manufacturers' representation, and technology licensing — alongside our established haulage, marine, and equipment operations.
For clients and partners, this means a single, properly constituted legal entity can now handle more of the supply chain end to end, reducing the number of vendors you need to coordinate and contract with.
We continue to invest in governance, safety, and operational transparency as we scale our owned fleet across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt.
