For Vehicle Owners

Own a Luxury Vehicle? Put It to Work.

A professionally managed consignment programme that turns underused luxury and premium vehicles into accountable rental income — without owners operating a rental business.

The Opportunity

Own a Luxury Vehicle? Put It to Work.

Fitzgerald Meelk Limited's Vehicle Consignment & Fleet Management programme allows owners of luxury and premium vehicles to earn professionally managed rental income — without operating a rental business, managing drivers, chasing clients, or handling risk personally.

Nigeria has a large population of underused luxury vehicles — cars driven a few days a month while their owners carry the full cost of insurance, maintenance, security, and depreciation. FML Mobility converts these assets into managed income:

Owner Protection

How Your Vehicle Is Protected

Handing a high-value vehicle to a programme is an act of trust. FML Mobility answers that trust with documented, contractual protection at every step:

Security deposits on every booking

Every client places a refundable security deposit before keys change hands — damage responsibility is funded before it can happen.

A formal written agreement

Revenue share, utilisation caps, maintenance standards and exit terms are defined in a formal consignment agreement before your vehicle enters service.

Insurance coordinated in writing

Rental-operation and owner policies are mapped and confirmed in writing by both sides before deployment — no gaps, no assumptions.

A documented condition baseline

A timestamped photographic and video record at acceptance becomes the benchmark for every handover — and for the final reconciliation at exit.

How It Works

A structured programme, start to settlement

01

Vehicle Assessment

We review model year, condition, service history, and market demand against our intake standard — the fleet is curated for rentability.

02

Consignment Agreement

A formal consignment and fleet-management agreement defines your revenue share, utilisation caps, and insurance arrangements in writing before the vehicle enters service.

03

Managed Deployment

Your vehicle is marketed, booked to verified clients, and operated by vetted professional chauffeurs — documented and tracked on every journey.

04

Monthly Settlement

You receive a transparent monthly statement of days rented, revenue earned, deductions, and your settlement.

Who It's For

Built for owners of high-value vehicles

The programme suits owners whose vehicles sit idle for much of the month while carrying the full cost of insurance, maintenance, security, and depreciation.

  • Owners of luxury saloons and SUVs
  • Owners of exotic and premium vehicles
  • Expatriates and frequent travellers with idle vehicles
  • Corporate and private fleet owners
  • Investors building managed vehicle portfolios
Intake Standard

Does Your Vehicle Qualify?

The programme is deliberately curated. We accept vehicles the market wants to hire — and we decline the rest, because a curated fleet protects every owner's returns.

If your vehicle qualifies, we will tell you exactly what it can earn. If it does not, we will tell you why.

  • Typically under 8 years old (category-dependent)
  • Full, verifiable service history
  • Clean condition inside and out — our fleet is presented to showroom standard
  • Genuine documentation: registration, valid insurance, and customs duty papers for imported vehicles
  • Demonstrated rental demand for the make and model
  • Financed vehicles welcome — with disclosed financing and any required financier consent
The FML Standard

Applied to Every Luxury Booking

  • Every client verified

Identity, insurance, and payment confirmed before keys change hands

  • Every vehicle documented

360° condition records at every handover

  • Every journey tracked

    Telematics, geofencing, and professional oversight

  • Every vehicle presented

    Showroom-standard detailing between every trip

  • One standard for everyone

No exceptions for repeat clients, referrals, or VIPs

Owner Questions

Before You Ask

What happens if my vehicle is damaged?

Every handover is documented with timestamped photo and video records, so responsibility is never in dispute. Client-caused damage is recovered from the client's security deposit and the applicable insurance — never charged to you. Any incident and its resolution is reported on your monthly statement.

Who pays for insurance and maintenance?

Insurance arrangements are coordinated in writing before your vehicle enters service, with the allocation defined in your agreement. Maintenance is handled by specialist technicians under the agreed funding arrangement, and every cost is transparently reported on your statement. You never manage a garage visit yourself.

Can I still use my own vehicle?

Yes. Scheduled personal use is built into the programme — you agree a monthly allowance at onboarding, and your vehicle is prepared and documented for you exactly as it is for clients. Confirmed bookings always take scheduling priority.

How much can my vehicle earn?

Earnings depend on your vehicle's category, market demand, and the agreed utilisation cap. After assessment we give you a realistic income picture for your specific vehicle before you commit — no inflated projections. You earn a defined share of net rental revenue, settled monthly with a full statement of days rented, revenue, and deductions.

What vehicles qualify?

Luxury and premium vehicles that meet our intake standard: model-year limits, full service history, clean condition, genuine documentation including customs papers for imported vehicles, and demonstrated rental demand. Not every vehicle is accepted — the fleet is curated for rentability.

How do I leave the programme?

On the agreed notice in your agreement. Exit is a documented process: a final inspection against the acceptance baseline, a transparent condition reconciliation, and a final statement with settlement within 30 days. There are no hidden lock-ins.
